[Mobile browser] user can connect to and transact with a dApp

Description

1. As a user, I user can connect to a dApp so I can transact with it.

Acceptance criteria:

1. the user can connect to adApp, sign and send a dApp transaction
2. the connected dApp menu is present and shows the connected dApps (if any) for the selected wallet account in the wallet menu
3. the user can disconnect from a connected dApp from the connected dApp menu
