[Mobile browser] user can interact with their wallet via browser

Description

1. As a user, I user can interact with my wallet via the browser

Acceptance criteria:

1. the wallet menu is present and shows my accounts, allows me to trigger the send flow, or copy my currently selected wallet address ( the same features and logic as on Desktop)
2. if I switch from account 1 to account 2, all the dapps connected to account 1 get disconnected (the same behavior as on Desktop)
