[Mobile browser] user can interact with address bar and content of browser main view via bottom navigation bar

Description

1. As a user, I can see and user the bottom navigation bar to interact with the content on the main browser view and access browser features

Acceptance criteria:

1. the bottom navigation bar is present and features these features:
2. Search - once clicked the address bar is cleared (if it has any input) is activated for user input
3. Backward and Forward - they take the user one step backward or forward respectively.
