Description

1. As a user, I can turn on or off Incognito mode and switch between Incognito and Standard modes

Acceptance criteria:

1. the Incognito icon in the Kebab menu turns on or off the Incognito mode.
2. The Incognito mode has the same features and characteristics as our Desktop Incognito mode.
3. If the active tab is in the Incognito mode, the new tab is also opened in the Incognito mode and vice versa.
4. The default mode is the Standard/Normal mode.
