[Chat - direct messages] tag icon appears on a new message in dms

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. send a dm to a different Status account
2. check the direct message on that other Status account

Expected behavior

The tag icon should not appear on a new message in dms

Actual behavior

The tag icon appears on a new message in dms
