[Status app website] add language selection feature to switch languages on the website

Add language selection dropdown with two options so the user can select their language of chose on the website:

1. "English" for English (en) translation - is default. Once it is selected, the website copy shows the English (en) translation.
2. "Korean" for Korean (ko) translation. Once it is selected, the website copy shows the Korean (ko) translation.

Re the UI of this dropdown. Don't add country flags next to a language option. Just keep it simple - an example,
