PdfScribe v1.2.1 prerelease

In the config file, set "StripNoRedistill" to "True" to remove the postscript that prevents re-distilling (ie printing of secured PDFs to PdfScribe).

This change is a quick hack that makes a pass over the entire postscript file, so enable it only if needed.
