Archive: Surf.new and Strawberry Browser

Both domains no longer resolve. Move them to ARCHIVE.md as the
contribution guidelines require, instead of deleting the entries.

Also correct the link-check whitelist: drop surf.new, which is no longer
in README.md, and add browsegpt.ai, which answers CI with 403 but serves
the page to a browser. These two links have failed the scheduled run
since at least August 10.
