[Git Commit Message] pressing cancel on initial message does not abort the assistant

2. Right click and pick AI Generate Commit Message
   2.1. A Initial Message poup window pops up
3. Click Cancel

Expected: the git comment action is aborted

Actual: the git comment action continues
