[Agent] Approve code changes

AS A user
I WANT to see and approve each code change before it is applied
SO THAT I can review the code and be aware of what happens

NOTES:

1. In the editor pane or in the chat pane?
2. User interaction to be defined
3. User should be able to discard completely the change
