Thank you for adding redundant feature in residue pattern search. I want to know if its possible to provide restricted amino acid for a position. for example if a position is occupied by negatively charged amino acids like aspartate or glutamate only (not any aminoacid).

Like this query, you can append one-letter amino acid codes after colon. For aspartate and glutamate substituition at residue 100, it would be 100:DE. Alternatively, you can use 100:n for negatively charged amino acids.
