Question about --covered_node

Hello, I am wondering what is the function of --covered_node? When I tried --covered_node 8, the output can still include motifs with <8 nodes. Also, I am wondering if it would be possible to restrict the output to include only matches with >= a user defined number of nodes. Thanks for the help!
