Command guidance for no-filtering for query structure

I'm currently using Foldseek to obtain comprehensive alignment results for my all query structure(No filtering for query). However, I've noticed that Foldseek appears to apply some hidden filtering criteria even when not explicitly specified. The command I'm using is:

foldseek easy-search /data2404/zhanglin/blast_data2404/rdrp_structure/rdrp_test rdrp_reference_structure/ rdrp_Foldseek_Results_zl.tsv tmp --format-output "query,target,alnlen,fident,qaln,taln,evalue,bits,lddt,alntmscore" -e 10 --min-ungapped-score 0

My target structure number is 12.
