feat(routing): make demos the main landing page

- Replace app/page.tsx with enhanced demos page content
- Remove the original home screen to streamline user experience
- Users now land directly on the interactive demo suite
- Update function names and localStorage keys for home page context
- Maintain all enhanced features: real blockchain integration, transaction tracking, auto-completion, etc.
