Install fails

Hi, the current setup instructions dont work on windows . There seem to be a lot of deprecated packages. Is this project still active? Forcing package updates causes problems...

So technically I was made a maintainer but then I only have access to this repository and don't know how to be able to publish to npm. I tried asking in Discord and in emails to figure out who to reach out to but did not get any replies. @rwaskiewicz any clue how to move forward with those community projects ?

@valadas This package gets cloned directly from GitHub when folks run npm init stencil application. Any pushes/upgrades made to the main branch should automatically be reflected in new runs of the npm init stencil command. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ping in Discord again, I'm sorry I missed your message!

@QuackersCoder I just updated a lot of things in #95 and did not have this bug. Now in your screenshot I see state-tunnel which has been deprecated quite a while ago. I am not sure if you have that in your project or it was a dependency of the router or something else. But can you try the latest and if it does not work maybe post your package.json or a url to your project for troubleshooting.
