Rapid undo-ing (pressing and holding Cmd+Z) seems to cause re-ordering of text blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select all and remove
2. Insert a figure
3. Undo while you can, it will stop with empty body and the js errors: FIXME: transforming array delete-delete at the same position but with different values and Error: Provided array is too small.
