As of now, the documentation for Angular integration with Stencil cannot be followed to produce a working build.
I've posted more details in the Stencil Discord (link below), but unfortunately haven’t received much guidance so far:

I am not a power user, but I’ve spent over a week trying to get this integration working — including reviewing the GitHub repo suggested in Discord — and I still haven’t been able to get a functional setup.
I'd really love to adopt Stencil to build our internal design system, but the current state of the Angular integration docs is a blocker.
Suggestions for improvement:
-
Please update the docs with a full, working example — ideally start to finish — that results in a working Angular (standalone) integration using Stencil.
-
Ensure that the new info has details on how to set up the dist folder and packaging
-
Details for Nx setup over Lerna would be great (as it's more widely used today), but even working Lerna-based steps would be helpful.
Thank you for your work — I’m hopeful the documentation can be updated so more devs can adopt Stencil effectively with Angular.
