Log table not populated when loading from URL on Firefox

When loading an ADIF file from the url parameter on Firefox (Linux) the log table does not get populated.

Frankly, I don't like the dependency on bootstrap-table which requires jQuery, so maybe a rewrite of this functionality is in order.
