docs(upstream): record Apple issue and PR audit

Replace dated snapshots with one current review of 120 open bug and behavior reports plus all six approved open PRs.

Add canonical issue and PR handoffs for the confirmed copy lock, guest log secret, resolver search-domain, and integration cleanup fixes, and remove obsolete branch-history guidance.
