Illegal instruction error on raspberry pi zero

If you're trying to run Starplot on a Raspberry Pi and see a generic `Illegal instruction` error, then try pinning your `pyarrow` version to `20.0.0` -- it seems there's some issue with the latest version (v21).

Tested with Starplot version `0.16.4`
