Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
What I mean is a shaded area showing at a glance what is the portion of sky available (in RA/DEC) at a certain time (and/or integrated over time) from a location given some constraints, like zenith angle or moon angular separation or illumination.
I guess one can compute it externally and then add it on top of the map, but I think it would be cool
if starplot could provide a method for this through MapPlot.
Describe the solution you'd like
Basically something like MapPlot.accesible_fov(location, time_range, constraints).
Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I am mixing matplotlib, and astroplan (which depends on astropy), but of course having this directly from starplot would be much better as a self-contained solution.
Additional context
The constraints part might be a separate feature.
