OneMore fails to load now?

OneMore fails to load for me in OneNote. It used to work but now i get this error:

I've uninstalled and reinstalled but same error. There's not much for me to go on as far as debugging. Any ideas?

Hmm, I'm still lost after reveiwing that thread. OneMore works just fine on my laptop. But on my desktop, where it used to work, now complains. If I manually rtry to add the addin dll, then I get this error:

It appears there are many enterprise configurations that are overly aggressive with Office add-ins in ways I don't fully understand. I simply cannot support these use cases.

Are there any debug logs I can enable to troubleshoot the startup? There are no event viewer entries and the onemore.log is just this:

OneMore is starting and then almost immediately stopping. OneNote LTSC is a volume license (did you get this from work?) and the 20700 build is from March 10th, 2026. So, my question is when you run OneNote and try to startup OneMore, do you see a process in Process Explorer named AppVDllSurrogate.exe? If you enabled the Command Line column in Process Explorer, you may see this process running with a GUID argument that starts "{88a..." - that's OneMore's ID.

If you see this process with this argument, then it's the Click-to-run isolation problem described by #1984

Ah sheet, you are indeed correct. I did see that process. What's strange is that I have the exaqct smae Office 2024 LTSC installed on my laptop but no problems loading OneMore. Here is that About screen. I study that thread where you document this issue.
