octave complains about missing maintainer field

What happened?

When building the Fedora package and installing the octave package we get the following:

I'm not sure how the octave package metadata is generated for NLopt.

How to reproduce the issue?

This might be a bit tricky, but you can checkout and build the Fedora package.
