instagram comments not loading

hi there

i love the app and everything is working fine
youtube comments and tiktok comments load great and display on all streams

however i cant get instagram to work

when i remove and add it it says "session: bot-account"
ive managed to change it to "session: Instagram default" but comments still dont load in

any help will be appericated

they dont show on the dock or anything

ive removed, reloaded, added, turned off turned on, nothing seems to work, even signed in, done a full reset etc
