LFRic doc update

Now that LFRic is on github, its associated documentation is being put on github pages. We need to review the LFRic parts of the PSyclone docs to ensure that:

• We're not duplicating that documentation;
• We're linking to it rather than MOSRS;
• we remove all mention of MOSRS and remove the associated link-check configuration;
