Improv DUC and sharing_attributes accounting of loop variable (it should not return Loop nodes anymore)

Now that the loop variable is part of the tree, we can potentially remove specific code that use to handle the loop variable. However, the infer_sharing_attribute relies in a inaccurate RW marking for this variable, but this should ideally be a WRITE-only.
