Summary

ASE 3.27 is now out, which includes renaming the "NPT” thermostat as to “MelchionnaNPT”, with "NPT" now deprecated.

We should update this, and we can update our intersphinx mapping to point to the new docs.

There are also various fixes for the interaction between constraints and extxyz files, and the implementation of @harveydevereux's RDF improvements.
