Variables changed in Revolt.toml are not respected

What happened?

Hi.

I'm very new to Stoat and we're evaluating it. We intend to self host.
I edited the Revolt.toml file to suit our needs however they don't seem to be respected.

group_size = 200
message_embeds = 10
message_replies = 10
message_reactions = 300
server_emoji = 500
server_roles = 300
server_channels = 500

For example I changed the server_emoji to 500 yet in the web client I'm still limited to 100.

Is this user error(which I hope) or is this a known issue? I've only tried server_emoji. I haven't tested to see if I can create 300 roles or 500 channels yet..(those are also modified from the default).

Many of these limits are not yet implemented on for-web. There were recently some changes that allow the limits to be respected, but they will have to be implemented one-by-one. If there are limits in particular you would like to see done before others, please raise an issue in the for-web repo.
