PM cable toggle enable\disable request

Hi Ben! Glad to see a new module in this collection. I have a pretty old idea on enabling and disabling cable while it is still in a port. So the reason why I want that is about several modules which inputs behavior very depends on the fact of inserting a cable - for example plaits or some syncable delays. We can't use just sequential switch to switch between input cable or not cable at all, we can't emulate now behavior of a real modular) I know there is T7 mysterious module that can done that I've described via midi mapping scripts but with PM I'd like to achieve such simple behavior with hovering on the cable and use right click command on enable\disable it (let's say when disabling it would change a color to white or gray) or using some hotkeys. What do you think about it?

This will be a problem. Cables don’t have something like „enabled“ or „active“, they do just exist or not.
I can imagine some sort of dummy which is drawn as cable but is not a cable in Rack‘s engine.
It is definitively worth a feature request on Rack itself as I haven’t seen anyone asking for something like that.
