new command idea, Wxx, set waveform on channel 3

this would save a lot of time for doing complex stuff with the wave channel. EG doing something like PWM or a filter sweep. there seems to be no command to change the waveform on channel 3 without using a new instrument.

Using the Exx effect on CH3 does what you want actually. Since there is no volume envelope for CH3, I decided to make CH3's "envelope" the id of the current waveform in use.

I'll leave this open, since I am considering envelope sequences, which would make PWM on CH3 much easier.

oh, ok. must of forgot the Exy command was assigned to what I was looking for with the wave channel. looking forward to the implementation of wave macros and software valume envelopes on channels pulse and noise.
