Trigger onboarding again

Hello @stonerl , is there a way to trigger the onboarding again? It would be super useful for me to check the translations. But generally, it is quite usual to have somewhere a button or trigger in the app to re-run the onboarding. I would expect it in the "about" screen.

@wizaard88 run the following command in the terminal:

defaults delete com.stonerl.Thaw hasSeenOnboarding

The button was there, but I had to scrap it. Unfortunately, I am currently stuck with macOS 27, and I can't test any change to address this.
