[Bug] Unable to choose Wi-Fi when Wi-Fi's menu bar icon is in the Thaw bar

What happened?

Unable to select or switch Wi-Fi networks when the Wi-Fi menu bar icon is placed within the Thaw bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the Wi-Fi menu bar icon into the Thaw bar.
2. Attempt to click the Wi-Fi icon to select a network.
3. Observe that it does not respond or cannot be interacted with properly.

Expected Behavior

The Wi-Fi menu should open normally and allow network selection, regardless of its position in the Thaw bar.
