Show errors during upload in guppy upload UI #292
Description
do the thing, make new tab for errors encountered, this will only really apply when doing an upload with a retry.
Ideally the UI makes it clear that a transient error occurred with an upload and also makes it clear that a transient error has occurred to the point of exhaustion of retries.
