Add smoke test at the end of piri CD to ensure nothing obvious broke

we have a script that can do an upload and check the status - we may be able to throw that in at the end of CD to make sure forge uploads seem to work

please take extra care to make this test is robust and doesn't give false positives (or negatives, obviously) as much as possible - we've allocated extra time to make this so
