Freeway should tell the Indexing Service when it's scoping to a Space [optimization] #607
Description
Once Freeway determines the Space it's looking in, all subsequent locating must only find things from that Space, to maintain correct authorization. Currently, that's done by filtering within Freeway. But the Indexing Service is able to scope its search by Space, which makes its job easier.
When we're searching within a specific Space, tell the Indexing Service so it doesn't do more work than it needs to.
