[v4] Languages infinite fetching for space with no languages in the list

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:

1. The command does not go into an infinite loop.
2. Clear message of no languages found or similar is shown to explain the situation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create demo space
2. Try storyblok languages pull
3. Works fine and languages.json is created
4. Remove all languages in the list

5. Observe CLI terminal
