Update sitemap test to account for new site layout

We have tests hitting strandsagents.com/sitemap.xml

The new site uses a chained sitemap, so this test fails; additionally when adding new routes it creates a new loop of "Last deploy added sites; new tests don't have them" and thus should be fixed to not be so strict
