Pay By Check gateway description is misleading

Describe the bug
The default wording of the Pay By Check gateway is misleading:

Allow members to pay by check or other manual payment methods like Bank Transfer or Venmo. After receiving a payment, you must manually update the order status to "success" in order to activate the membership.

This is not default behavior of the Pay By Check gateway. It automatically marks orders as paid and gives them immediate access.

There is an opportunity here to add in the Pay By Check Add On link in the description. For example:
