Send email to Affiliate when order done #67

It's a business problem. Our Affiliates want to know about orders from them
Describe the solution you'd like
Have a email send automatically when an order is done with their affiliate cookie. The email could be modified in templating emails. An option "send email when order" could be add in affilate creating page for activated or not by affiliates.
