Feature Request: Add Panel to Edit Member with Affiliate Info (if applicable) #70

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When viewing or editing a member in the WordPress admin, there’s no visibility into whether that user is also an affiliate. If the member is an affiliate, admins have to leave the Edit Member screen and manually find the affiliate record to see basic details or make changes.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a panel to the Edit Member screen that appears only if the user is an affiliate. This panel would display a brief overview of the affiliate (e.g. affiliate ID, status, referral count, earnings - the exact fields are TBD) and include a clear link to “Edit Affiliate” to jump directly to the full affiliate edit screen.
