Feature: Admin Cache Dashboard

Provide an optional Admin panel page that will give you a summary of what's in the cache, how long it's TTL is and provide a way to bust specific cache entities without using a 3rd party external GUI.

(Think something like a simplified Redis Insights right within the Strapi Dashboard (though it would work with both Redis and Memory providers)

This is what Redis insights looks like, we can take some inspiration from this to build the admin page:

Possible addition is a cache bust log with an automated cleanup cron as well
