[feat]: add support for tables #67

A clear and concise description of what the feature is
It was possible with the legacy markdown editor to add tables, such as this :

Why should this feature be included?
It was supported through markdown syntax with the old editor, and editors lost this feature when we migrated to this new recommended component.
Please provide an example for how this would work
The Gitlab editor provides a nice standard way to add tables (but it's also in markdown under-the-hood)
