[bug]: The onClear callback of SubNavHeader was not triggered

What version of strapi-design-system are you using?

node:v18.19.0
browser：Google
@strapi/design-system: 1.9.0

What's Wrong?

When clicking on x，The onClear callback of SubNavHeader was not triggered ，And the components on the official content manager also have the same issue

To Reproduce

1.npx create-strapi-app@latest my-project --quickstart
2.npm run develop
3.try search and clicking on x

Expected Behaviour

trigger the onClear callback
