[bug]: The icons in the Select options should be Neutral500

What version of design-system are you using?

Browser: Arc

What's Wrong?

The Start Icon in the Select options should be Neutral500 (the icon shouldn't be as visible as the text).

To Reproduce

Create a new locale in the i18n settings, create an entry and open the locales dropdown on the top right corner.

Expected Behaviour

The icon should be Neutral500.
