[bug]: The clear button of the DateTimePicker is not functioning properly

What version of design-system are you using?

@strapi/design-system@2.0.0-rc.18

What's Wrong?

In the DatePicker within the DateTimePicker, clearing once does not reflect in the display, and only after clearing twice does it show as blank.

Expected Behaviour

It can be cleared with a single action.

Hello @rktyt, thanks for the issue. I was able to reproduce the bug, we seem to have an issue with the single state used for the double input (date & time). When clearing an input, a change is triggered as well.
