Skill organization for Claude Code

Minor note (and this can easily be fixed on user side). Skills have to be individual folders inside of the .claude/skills directory (home or individual project). Inside each of them there should be a SKILL.md file. Claude loads them on demand based on description, so there is no reason to have a "routing agent" instead of just having the skills exposed directly.

Once again, this is simple to fix on user side (moving folders with skills up to the .claude/skills folder), but might be nice to have a note somewhere on readme about it.
