This is an enhancement request for widget-parity options on st.column_config column types used with st.data_editor: accept_new_options on SelectboxColumn, and min/max selection limits on MultiselectColumn. In the current codebase, SelectboxColumn has no accept_new_options parameter (unlike st.selectbox), while MultiselectColumn already supports accept_new_options but not max_selections (unlike st.multiselect).
