Support for Dropwizard 3.x and/or 4.x?

Since this fork looks way more active than the canonical coursera library, is there any interest or plan to upgrade this library here to support Dropwizard 3.x and/or 4.x?

FWIW, there is a PR out on the coursera library, but I have no confidence it will ever get merged/release.
