Group Call handling on mobile device

The size of screen on mobile devices and available space, means that a mobile specific view needs to be created to support a clean uncluttered look on a mobile device.  Changing the mobile experience will require a different representation of a live call than the audio visual used on the desktop application.   This will be specifically important when the user on a mobile device is on a group call.
