Quest & Overlay Enhancements

• (Note for beta users: The following two features currently only work on objects that do not extend beyond 100m from the cursor position when tapped. A fix is in review.)
• Parking overlay: You can now add and modify curb extensions etc. (curb extensions in parking overlay + add entrances in building overlay #4976)
  
• Address overlay: You can now add addresses as entrances directly to building outlines (curb extensions in parking overlay + add entrances in building overlay #4976)
• Also ask whether barbecue spots are covered (Factorize picnic table and barbecue cover quests #4905), thanks @roptat
• Crossing: Different wording and use `crossing=informal` for points at which there are no crossings but people can still cross (SC wants to create duplicate kerb tags #4944)

New Quests

General Enhancements

• It is now visible on the map which areas have been downloaded already (address numbers are not shown in address overlay view #4970, Visualize downloaded area #4986)
